Full Time - Thrift Store Department Manager - Clear Lake, IA

One Vision Thrift Solutions is seeking to find a Department Manager for our One Vision Thrift Store in our Clear Lake location! Our full-time One Vision Thrift Store Department Manager will earn a compensation package including a sign-on-bonus and referral bonus program after hire. JOB DESCRIPTION

You will assist the Store Manager in the oversight of the daily operations within the store while promoting quality customer, donor, and employee interactions in a clean, safe, and positive environment.

You will supervise your own team, ensuring daily operations comply with One Vision and Thrift Solutions policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines. You will also be an integral part of training and coaching team members to achieve their highest level of performance including production goals and excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year Retail Sales Experience and/or Customer Related Experience
• 1+ year Leadership/Management Experience is Preferred along with exceptional communication skills
• Experience in a production-based environment will also be considered. Ability to maintain strong working relationships with team members, including training and developing new skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Provide current driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to perform physical activities of kneeling, lifting large items, bending, carrying, reaching, pushing/pulling, standing for periods of time, and walking on a frequent basis.

SCHEDULE:

Availability to work a consistent but flexible schedule during the hours of 9 am-6:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays and all major Holidays.
