Senior CI Specialist

 

1. Drives the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement projects consistent with and

in support of the strategic plan and business operations plan.

2. Assists in designing and implementing new procedures and methods for operational processes.

3. By utilizing projects charters with deliverables, works with site leaders to identify, modify, and sustain

desired changes including waste reduction and efficiency improvements.

4. Mentors employees to realize benefits from all continuous improvement initiatives and acts as a

change agent to the site / organization.

5. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and prioritizes improvement opportunities with the

management team.

6. Leads projects and initiatives from idea generation to execution. Provides insight and evaluation of

the organizations progression.

7. Acts as a mentor for the supervisory staff and front line personnel.

8. Participates in developing and influencing of strategy, planning, and execution depending on project

or initiative needs.

9. Other duties as assigned.
