Please note the following important details regarding this position: 

• This posting includes multiple openings for a Respiratory Care Assistant
• Available Shifts: 

  • Per Diem, On Call, Variable (Temporary)

• This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location. 
• Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location: 

  • Covenant Children’s Hospital, Texas: Lubbock 

  • Covenant Medical Center, Texas: Lubbock

• Flexibility to work a day, evening or night shift as scheduled 
• On-call flexibility is required to ensure operational continuity, provide leadership during critical situations, and support team members outside of standard business hours. 
• Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule to maintain system availability and troubleshoot critical issues outside of regular hours. 
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on operational and departmental requirements. 
• Positions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies 

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training:
  • Actively enrolled in an AMA approved Respiratory Care Training Program
  • Must be in the Clinical phase of an AMA approved Respiratory Care Training Program
• Upon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
