Material Handler

The Opportunity

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated Material Handling & Fulfillment Technician to work from our Engineering and Production Facility in Richmond, VA.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily safety inspections of fork trucks prior to use
• Transport material throughout the warehouse, using such tools as a fork truck, pallet jack, or gantry lift system
• Label items to ensure that we have proper identification on material
• Keep the warehouse areas organized and safe
• Record proper inventory transactions into the appropriate system and strive for high levels of inventory accuracy
• Report and escalate to company management as needed any issues that can’t be resolved otherwise
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Keep track of inventory and shipping schedules as needed
• Pull shipping and receiving reports for management as needed
• Ensure pre-commissioning paperwork is uploaded and processed for internal record keeping
• Add assets/spare parts to inventory and transfer to opportunities when shipped

Your Experience and Capabilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently
• High attention to detail and monitors quality/quantity of inventory
• Organized and able to store items efficiently
• Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the shift
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

US Hourly Range$21—$23 USD
