Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN at Haverhill Pavilion, you will:

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to tailor nursing interventions that meet each patient’s individual needs.
• Provide nursing care in alignment with the Master Treatment Plan to promote, maintain, or restore physical and mental health.
• Support patients in their recovery by offering health education to both patients and families.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment in partnership with the care team.
• Monitor and document patient behavior and physiological status accurately and thoroughly.
• Continuously collect and evaluate patient data to inform care decisions.
• Administer medications and perform procedures in accordance with nursing policies and facility guidelines.
• Join a team that values compassion, professionalism, and collaboration in the delivery of behavioral healthcare.

Per diem and part time roles available depending on shift! 

Pay is dependent on experience, rate listed in post is starting range for new grass with no experience
