Pay Rate: $23.55/hr.

Schedule:

• Friday: 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM

• Saturday: 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM

• Sunday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

• Monday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

• Tuesday: Off

• Wednesday: Off

• Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Officer Supervisor to support operations at a high-traffic commercial location in Brooklyn, NY. The Supervisor will oversee daily security functions, provide leadership to the on-site team, and ensure all post orders, safety protocols, and client expectations are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of Security Officers during assigned shifts

• Conduct post inspections and ensure proper staffing coverage

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies professionally and promptly

• Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives during shifts

• Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and uniform standards

• Assist with training, coaching, and corrective action as needed

• Maintain a visible, professional presence and uphold quality customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid Security Guard License and 8-Hour/16-Hour Certifications (as applicable)

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in security preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure

• Excellent report writing skills

• Must be able to stand, walk, and respond quickly as required

• Must be available for the full listed schedule
