Shipping and Receiving Associate

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supports Intra Logistics processes by performing a limited range of defined basic logistics tasks.
• Performs supportive tasks related to intra-logistics, under direct supervision.
• Handles and moves material, parts, semi-products or components within intra-logistics.
• Packs and loads materials under supervision.
• Supports preparation of deliveries of products / tours for drivers.

Your Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
• Assertive approach to solving problem

 

Preferred:

• Shipping, logistics, material handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures an asset.
• Ability to complete physical activities including lifting boxes up to 70lbs.
• Forklift or reach truck experience an asset.

• Salary Range:  starting at $18.40/hr
• Shift Premium: 12%
• Sign-on Bonus: $1000 after initial period
