This means delivering  a cybersecurity enterprise security architecture (across network, cloud, endpoint, and SOC) and a cybersecurity strategy to address all the customer’s use cases.  You do not shy away from difficult challenges as it relates to cybersecurity, delivery, and/or providing solutions. You are the lead advisor and will interact directly with our customers and delivery teams to help the organization secure their enterprise resources. You will work with a team to ensure the best and most complete solution is provided. This position supports our Global Professional Services organization.</p><p>We expect office-based employees to be in the office four days per week, with one day working from where they choose. We believe being together facilitates casual conversations and those magic moments where we can work on issues and ideas informally. These moments build capability and deepen trusted relationships and allow our people to feel safe in taking risks and being disruptive. Like so many companies, we are working through the details and things could change …. but in general if a role is deemed office-based we want our teams to be together four days per week.</p><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to tailor delivery methods according to the scope of the engagement to achieve the biggest impact for clients</li><li>Provide delivery support in pre-sales, demonstrating the ability to excel in delivering large-scale advisory services engagements</li><li>Possess technical knowledge on architecture and design best practices</li><li>Support non-cyber-IT teams with understanding and assessing technical concept(s)</li><li>Continuously develop internal intellectual property to assist sales, product, and delivery teams with delivering world-class security solutions</li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of agnostic advisory services</li><li>Ability to understand technical solutions and effectively communicate them to stakeholders and clients</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain synergetic</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Performs quality control on each engagement throughout development to maintain the standards expected</li><li>Ensure delivery of services and deliverables are within the agreed upon time constraints</li><li>Responsible for the delivery of each engagement and the quality of all deliverables</li><li>Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure positive sales results and effective delivery services</li><li>Travel (30-50%) for internal meetings, pre-sales support, and customer engagements (Post COVID-19)</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Your Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree, MS degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience required</li><li>Excellent interpersonal/communication, presentation, and writing skills</li><li>Delivery leadership experience  across a cross-functional team of consultants</li><li>Understanding of the different concepts of cybersecurity</li><li>5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and technical advisory</li><li>4+ years experience in  customer-facing consulting with a leading consulting firm </li><li>Ability to ensure that the technical vision is maintained throughout the design and implementation of an engagement</li><li>Ability to effectively juggle and manage many different tasks simultaneously</li><li>Ability to lead numerous customer projects simultaneously</li><li>Ability to work as part of and/or lead a technical delivery team</li><li>Ability to create and document solutions as a delivery team leader</li><li>Experience in designing solutions within risk management  frameworks
