About Global Payment<br/>The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.<br/><br/>The mission of payment compliance is to build payment compliance strategy &amp; solutions to prevent regulatory risks, and apply flexible strategy to match payment partners' risk appetite in order to reduce channel risk &amp; spillover. We work closely with algorithm and strategy engineers to build a reliable compliance product system to ensure payment compliance of ByteDance products, including TikTok LIVE, TikTok E-commerce, etc.<br/><br/>We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.<br/>Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.<br/>Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.<br/><br/>Responsibilities<br/>- Develop high-quality software design and architecture for global payment systems;<br/>- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle;<br/>- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code;<br/>- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting;<br/>- Review and debug code; Perform validation and verification testing;<br/>- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to fix and improve our products;<br/>- Document development phases and monitor systems;<br/>- Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies<br/><br/> annually.<br/>
