What you'll do...

As a Senior Analyst, Program Management, you will be working directly with the VP and Senior Directors to support them with coordinating events, calendar management, sending out team communications, scheduling meetings, putting together reports and charts, and other duties as assigned.

Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Developing project plans and timelines with input and support from team and management.
  • Executing project program processes and monitoring the execution progress to ensure deliverable quality.
  • Coordinating and planning meetings, tracking budgets, and following up on action items for complex projects.
  • Supporting leadership in interpreting and managing minor conflicts and escalating issues.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams across the organization to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Demonstrating up to date expertise and applying this to the development execution and improvement of action plans.
  • Providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 2 years' experience in project management or related field
  • 1 years’ experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
