Hi Noon Hospitality (Buck & Rider & Ingo’s Tasty Food) is hiring a Staff Accountant who is ready to embrace our exciting growth. This role works with little supervision and is responsible for full-cycle accounting for all stores and related entities, including sales tax filing, account reconciliations, analysis of month-end financials, etc.   
  Day in the Life: 

• Responsible for timely sales tax filings, bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintains balance sheet reconciliations in established corporate format, ensuring all reconciling items are investigated and resolved.
• Prepare and review monthly financials and reports results to CFO for review.
• Responsible for variance analysis and financials for assigned entities. 
• Maintains fixed asset files and schedules.
• Analyze the business processes for efficiencies and reviews financials monthly to determine potential cost-savings. 
• Prepares journal entries, accruals, analysis, and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.
• Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Requirements: 

• Full cycle experience required
• 3+ years’ experience required
• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business/Finance preferred
• Advanced computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Data entry etc. 
• Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, restaurant staff and executives
• Exposure to highly confidential information 
• Multi-Entity experience would be a bonus!
