Role Summary:
We’re hiring for a world-class recruiter to support us as we continue to grow! As this key hire, you will jump in as a true hunter and closer of top talent. You will partner with hiring managers across the entire business to help fill their roles, and assist with reporting on various metrics.
Role Responsibilities:
- Full-lifecycle recruiting across the business for a cyber security technology company
- Managing a req load of about 10 roles to start, successfully closing about 2-3 roles per month
- Creatively source and engage top talent through Linkedin, Indeed, Glassdoor, Github, and others as necessary
- Successfully negotiate and close candidates through the process
- Uphold our recruiting team SLA’s for a world-class candidate experience for every single candidate
- Support ongoing progress surrounding diversity
- Be a strong partner to People Ops and Finance to provide a seamless onboarding experience post offer acceptance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in GTM and technology recruiting with experience managing high volume req load and competing priorities across multiple business units
- A hunter mentality and seasoned rigor around sourcing, whereas you are solely responsible for the business finding top talent rather than relying on external sources with high placement fees
- Ability to successfully managing competing and ever changing business priorities, along with multiple hiring managers at once
- Ability to successfully close candidates within budget
- Team leadership experience either mentoring or coaching more junior team members
- A highly motivated, self-starter attitude
Preferred Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing projects that need cross-functional support from multiple departments
Our target salary range for this role is between $90,000 USD and $110,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
Our roots are in Ann Arbor, Michigan with location hubs in Seattle, the Bay Area, Washington D.C., and Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role; new hire for this position must be located within driving distance of Ann Arbor, MI or Washington, DC.
