Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage departmental operations with accountability for performance, staffing, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and resource utilization
• Support and mentor clinical staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment
• Implement and evaluate operational changes to enhance efficiency and care delivery
• Uphold regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current RN license or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
• Education: BSN required; Master’s in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration preferred
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
  • 3+ years of progressive management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
