We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and self-motivated person to be a key member of the Collierville Factory Finance Team.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting and/or finance background and interest in supporting a high-volume manufacturing operation. Overall, this position will provide financial support to the factory team by supporting the monthly close & forecast process, annual plan, variance analysis, KPI tracking & reporting and helping identify and drive factory productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans

  • Analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and initial recommendations

  • Prepares P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports

  • Performs analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins

  • Prepares spreadsheets, charts, and reports for analysis

  • Audits financial practices to review accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards

  • Provides ad hoc analysis and support for projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3+ years of Finance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience

  • Proficient MS office skills with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) a plus.

  • Project management skills with attention to detail and delivering a quality work product on time.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey results of analysis concisely and effectively both orally and in written format.

  • Detail oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements within the finance department in order to streamline the month end close and forecasting processes.

  • Knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and internal controls procedures.
