$38.20 - $57.30

This position is Sign-on eligible and qualifies for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements.  In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to the facility.  New teammates at Atrium Health are eligible for robust benefits packages and paid time off.

Our 26-bed unit specializes in caring for neurosurgery patients, orthopedic spine surgery cases, trauma surgery, and neurology overflow.  This is a high-acuity environment where precision and compassion come together to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Expectations We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

  • ACLS are required within 6 months of hire

What You’ll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
