About the PositionWe are seeking motivated students for an exciting internship opportunity that focuses on the practical applications of algorithms for non-GPT AI and deploying advanced GPT-related internal tools. This position offers a unique blend of theoretical understanding and practical skills in the rapidly growing field of AI.
About the FiscalNote AI TeamThe FiscalNote AI team is tasked with maintaining and developing new and existing AI tools, with the goal of making them as ubiquitous as air and as simple as a pencil. We are data scientists, engineers, product managers, and analysts who share a passion for delivering practical and reliable AI systems. We’re all about ideas that get beyond the lab. About You You are a passionate, eager-to-learn individual pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. You have a foundational knowledge of AI algorithms and an interest in exploring how these concepts translate into real-world applications. You are excited about the prospect of getting hands-on experience with deploying advanced GPT-related internal tools.

What To Expect In This Position:

• Engaging in practical problem-solving exercises: These exercises are designed to enhance your understanding of how non-GPT AI algorithms function in various real-world contexts.
• Observing and learning to adapt algorithms: Working with our team, you will learn to modify these algorithms to fit different scenarios, thus improving your versatility in dealing with various AI technologies.
• Acquiring hands-on experience with GPT-related tools: You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in deploying advanced GPT-related internal tools.
• Working closely with experienced team members: You will learn the nuances of tool deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization from professionals in the field.

• Keen interest in GPT-related tools: You have a passion for understanding and working with advanced GPT-related internal tools.
