Senior Manager, FP&A – Supply Chain Analytics & Project Management
Summary of Position
The position of Senior Manager, FP&A, Supply Chain Analytics & Project Management within FP&A will be responsible for working with Finance leadership and cross-functional departments in the business. Primary responsibilities include supporting the Supply Chain function, collaborating with global teams on strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and product costing. This role will leverage data-driven insights to enhance procurement and supply chain performance, oversee cost tracking, and lead cost optimization efforts. Additionally, it will project manage key strategic initiatives between supply chain and finance. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role is part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and effective business partnering are crucial to success.
Essential Functions
- Key member of a global Product & Sourcing FP&A team
- Key business partner to Global Supply Chain leadership
- Drive development & implementation of internal reporting processes, including BI tools supporting:
- Product costing, including ad hoc requests
- Competitive Bidding & Strategic sourcing efforts
- Warranty Rebates from suppliers
- Develop and conduct analyses to calculate cost savings from allocating production volume to the lowest cost supplier
- Create analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business
- Ad hoc analytics and other duties, including special projects, as assigned
Key Projects / Areas of Highlight
- Factory sourcing and supply chain business partner, leading cost optimization efforts around factory negotiations, sourcing, and supply chain synergies
- Key member of Project Leap Team, project managing the expansion of the company’s production footprint into new countries & suppliers
- Working with global team members requires flexibility and respect of time zone requirements (meeting schedules, communication timelines, etc.); key business partners located in Asia
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, or Procurement
- Previous experience with project management & analysis, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing
- Objective oriented with a strong emphasis on business partnership and continuous improvement
- Effective communication and social skills, proven ability to partner cross-functionally
- Proven analytical and organizational skills, with strong accountability
- Demonstrated ability to lead competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly visible role with the ability to effectively partner with and/or challenge senior leadership
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
