By connecting Medtronic’s strategy and unmet needs to the innovative capabilities of our partner community, this position will create ROI in two ways: first, through supplier segmentation, standards, and scorecards to ensure the VMO is objectively measuring success; and second, by creating a bridge to value-added elements (pilots, labs, SMEs, training) and transformational ideas (digital, AI, automation) which will disrupt and transform the status quo. This is a high-impact role with the expectation of finding and developing partner use cases and opportunities capable of driving significant gains in revenue, margin, efficiency, and productivity.
