Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer with a strong background in architectural or commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with AutoCAD or Revit and a comprehensive understanding of building systems and construction methods. The Architectural Engineer will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and implement innovative design solutions. This position is fully remote, PE license preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Design and Drafting:
- Create and review detailed architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Develop structural, mechanical, and electrical systems designs in coordination with architectural plans.
- Generate 3D models and renderings to support project presentations and client meetings.
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural and engineering projects.
- Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements, building codes, and client specifications.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical expertise and solutions.
- Technical Analysis:
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and safety of building designs.
- Evaluate building materials and construction methods for efficiency and sustainability.
- Perform site inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with design intent.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure all design documentation is compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents and contract specifications.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and drafters.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
