Description of the Role and practice

As part of Accenture CFO & Enterprise Value you will help lead organizations in order to unlock their potential and make delivering innovative work part of your future career. We provide end-to-end services and advisory to address the unique challenges faced by Finance Executives of the world’s leading companies. We help to develop and lead more efficient and effective finance functions, enabling more enterprise innovation and creating unique capabilities and new value in a digital world. Enterprise Performance Management – Develop integrated planning and enterprise performance analysis capabilities that will enhance strategic insights and accelerate business decisions.

Finance Operations – Ensure business continuity and de-risk the organization in a downturn economy through an agile operating model in which high-performance Finance & Accounting can be delivered anytime, anywhere. Process and data management concepts, zero-based thinking etc.

Enterprise Value – Large scale combined bus & tech transformation value identification, tracking and realization. Identification and realization of value for the enterprise and help in driving measurable outcomes through digital investments at the right pace and scale.

Enterprise Analytics – Help CFOs to become more data-driven to provide insights enabling true business partnering in Finance required for sustainable growth and decision-making

Automation and AI – Help organizations become leading edge companies utilizing generative AI, process- and task mining
 

Job Requirements 

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
 

 A Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Management with excellent academic performance

 Deep expertise/specialization in one or more focus areas, such as, Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Transformation, SAP, Finance Operations

 Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting type of work or strategy/corporate business development roles is a must. Experience in investment banking, auditing, controlling and risk management considered beneficial

 Self-starter and a team player with ability to effectively lead work of consulting teams

 Proven commercial acumen to drive results and networks and contacts to leverage in the role
 

 You have solid Finnish skills and experience with written and oral presentations in English

The position is located in Helsinki, Finland.
