Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position:</p><p></p><p><strong>Senior Research &amp; Analysis Executive</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong><br/>This role analyzes commercial data, produces strategic insights, and supports decision-making across market trends, pricing strategies, and business development. The role will play a key part in aligning market intelligence with commercial strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.</p><p><strong><br/> Job Description </strong></p><ul> <li>Analyze TV environment &amp; key players’ performance, to identify areas for improvement and business opportunities.</li> <li>Perform detailed market research on pricing, advertising, and ad market KPIs, analyzing data to identify insights that guide strategic commercial decisions.</li> <li>Participate in meetings with sales teams to discuss service offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.</li> <li>Evaluate potential prospects for profitability and risks, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.</li> <li>Provide pricing and financial modeling support, in order to produce competitive tactical pricing</li> <li>Prepare comprehensive commercial reports, including performance analysis and actionable recommendations, contributing to the shaping of commercial business strategies.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>7+ years of relevant professional experience.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</li> <li>Strongly familiar with Greek Advertising Market KPIs</li> <li>Excellent handling of special ad industry software: i.e. Niobe, Organotiki, Arianna</li> <li>Effective processing of data: Nielsen Audience Measurement, Media Services, Focus-Bari</li> </ul><ul> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Team spirit</li> <li>High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group </li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive remuneration package</li> <li>Health and Life Insurance Plan</li> <li>Friendly and challenging working environment</li> </ul><p></p><p>After the screening of the CVs, we will contact the candidates who meet the profile’s requirements to arrange an interview. </p><p></p><p>The selected candidates will be invited to attend an initial interview and be informed about further steps.
