The Role:  As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the ClickUp Growth Team, your responsibilities include:

• End-to-End Product Development: Build and maintain full stack features, spanning user interfaces and backend services that drive growth initiatives and A/B experiments.
• Angular Expertise: Craft innovative features using Angular 2+ in collaboration with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders.
• Backend Development: Design and build robust backend services using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js and NestJS.
• Database Proficiency: Work with PostgreSQL and other SQL-based databases to design efficient schemas and write performant queries.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Deploy and manage services on AWS, leveraging cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Infrastructure as Code: Maintain and evolve our infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CDK, ensuring consistency and repeatability.
• A/B Testing Mastery: Lead A/B testing initiatives across the stack, contributing insights for data-driven decision-making and product improvements.
• Testing Excellence: Develop and maintain unit and integration tests across both frontend and backend components.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks throughout the stack, enhancing speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with fellow engineers, product managers, and designers to solve complex problems and ship impactful features.
• Project Management: Own project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for successful feature delivery aligned with user needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for best practices, challenge the status quo, and contribute to engineering process improvement.

    Qualifications: JJoin the ClickUp Growth Team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer with the following qualifications:

• Fluent English: Strong communication skills for global collaboration.
• 5+ Years JavaScript (Angular 2+): Extensive front-end development experience.
• Node.js & Backend Frameworks: Proven experience building and maintaining backend services with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
• SQL Experience: Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• AWS Proficiency: Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in the AWS ecosystem.
• Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with Terraform or AWS CDK for infrastructure management.
• State Management: Proficiency with Redux-style state management (NgRx, TypeScript, RxJs).
• HTML/CSS Mastery: Expertise in layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Operational Focus, Problem-Solver: Strong self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Interpersonal, written, and oral communication excellence.
• Mentorship Experience: Proven ability to mentor teammates for technical growth.
