About the Role
This role sits within the Analytics, Measurement, and Product (AMP) team and supports the Performance.Monks account services organization. AMP is responsible for managing a reporting suite for account teams and clients, as well as developing tools to improve manager efficiency. This individual will work internally with account teams to support ETL processes that bring data into a data warehouse, build out custom reporting configurations, develop reporting templates, and respond to issues as they arise. We are looking for someone who is excited about creating order and repeatability in data and enjoys problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new clients to reporting tool
- Troubleshooting configuration issues that arise
- Configuring custom technical setups
- Providing feedback to development teams on standardizing certain customizations
- Configure reports in reporting tool
- Run custom analyses on analytics data and package for reporting
About You
The essentials:
- 0-2 years work experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or related field
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, business analysis, digital marketing or related major
- Self starter, able to work independently
- Detail oriented and able to develop new processes
- Experience with BI Tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Looker etc.
- Experience with SQL and data warehouses
Not a must, but a plus:
- Google Cloud Platform experience, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions
- Experience with Javascript, Python
- Experience with Digital Marketing programs a plus

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
Salary Range$60,000—$75,000 USD
