We are a dynamic and innovative company looking for a hands-on Business Intelligence College Associate to help develop and maintain our BI, Reporting, and Analytics & Attribution products. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Help design and implement fan and brand dashboards for internal and external consumption, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, timeliness, and usability.
Work with the Director of BI to deliver high-quality analytics solutions, insights, and data-driven stories to stakeholders, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Convert and analyze data internally, fostering a culture of data literacy and utilization through effective communication, collaboration, and training initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Marketing, Core Data Services, and Engineering, to identify and prioritize data and analytics needs, ensuring data is effectively leveraged throughout the organization.
Maintain best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the BI roadmap as appropriate.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate working on or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field (School work counts!)
Experience with popular BI and analytics tools such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, and SQL
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A strong desire to be hands-on and directly contribute to the technical build and development of BI solutions.
