Solaris is headquartered in Berlin and employs 300 people in Europe.</p> <p><strong>Your Task: </strong></p> <ul> <li data-uuid="d0254839-3ab3-4280-83fb-be6d328be2f3">Take charge of preparing and submitting of regulatory and statistical reports under the CRR and KWG. Your primary focus will be on reports such as CoRep (e.g. Own Funds, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposure etc.). Given the nature of regulatory reporting, you will manage strict statutory deadlines and ensure timely compliance under pressure.</li> <li data-uuid="7becd661-038b-48a9-bc87-eaae3ee4ef82">Continuously monitor regulatory developments, analyse their impact on our organization, and take responsibility for the implementation of new requirements.</li> <li data-uuid="c0751797-a9a8-438c-8b0e-cae9c85e6c5c">Drive the enhancement and automation of our reporting systems by defining and testing data requirements and optimizing existing workflows.</li> <li data-uuid="ed8e0ab1-2531-498e-92d4-93032abf535f">Work in close partnership with the Finance department and our Financial Data Department to ensure the consistency and quality of the underlying data. You will also help improve internal controls and documentation.</li> <li data-uuid="6f024963-9882-4fc7-ae2e-8c09d22c4285">Provide regulatory guidance for the onboarding of new partners and products, ensuring all new activities are compliant from the start.</li> <li data-uuid="950e102c-57bd-4c13-99f7-2eeef4f62fa8">You will be a point of contact for auditors and supervisors, fostering a professional and transparent relationship.</li> </ul> <h4>We'd love to see </h4> <p>Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range.
