SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a Family Physician to join its clinic in Edgerton.

The Opportunity:

• Outpatient only practice
• Collaborative & cohesive team of 2 experienced Family Medicine physicians & 1 Advanced Practitioner, as well as phenomenal clinical staff
• Clinic is less than 10 years old, and offers a full range of services
• Clinic is connected to Edgerton Hospital for easy access to ER, and has a wonderful cafeteria, picturesque healing gardens, & a pond
• Specialty outreach services provided onsite
• System-wide & phone call only on-call rotation
• 28-36 patient contact hours based on appointment template, fte, & schedule chosen
• Telehealth encouraged 1/2 - 1 day per week
