Overview
Responsible for the creation, design, and production of graphics, videos, photography, and presentations. Enhance Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits/Brand’s visibility and favorable company image with a specific focus on multimedia design and video production management at events across all market segments. Maintain strong relationships with event suppliers, vendors, venues, and related media partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create, design, develop, produce, and deliver all multimedia projects according to the timeline, budget, and specifications of the project
- Create, manage, and maintain Film Studio and Film Scheduler/Calendar for producing, shooting, and editing video content
- Serve as the primary coordinator of all audio-visual production, management, and execution at all events produced and directed by the department
- Secure audio-visual production sites and negotiate all related contractual agreements including equipment procurement, delivery coordination, set-up, design, execution, break-down, and equipment return
- Coordinate production activities for local and remote video productions, such as crews, lodging, talent, treatment development, scriptwriting, location, studio, videography, computer animation, stills, video acquisition, editing, and other processes
- Work with outsourced video vendors to design and produce video vignettes to support event design requirements
- Conform scripts and dialogue in preparation for closed captioning and publication
- Coordinate the legal and compliance review process for all published content ensuring that all appropriate legal permissions, clearances, rights, releases, and insurance waivers are secured
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Reside in the vicinity of the internship or have the ability to obtain housing in or around the area.
- 21 years of age or older at the start of the internship
- Must be a Junior in college and graduating the following year Completing BS/BA.

- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50lbs
