ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is responsible for driving the adoption and ensuring the safe, effective use of Boston Scientific’s comprehensive Interventional Cardiology portfolio—which includes Drug-Eluting Stents, Drug-Coated Balloons, Bare-Metal Stents, catheters, balloons, guidewires, Coronary Atherectomy, Coronary Intravascular Ultrasound, and emerging technologies—across an assigned territory. With a robust existing portfolio and an expanding innovation pipeline, Boston Scientific continues to make significant investments in Interventional therapies. The individual in this role will provide end-to-end clinical support within hospital environments, assisting physicians and staff during procedures, promoting therapy awareness, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all accounts, while designing and executing a territory and therapy development plan aligned with the strategic priorities of the Interventional Cardiology division and remaining accountable for meeting or exceeding territory objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Provide in-person clinical case support in cath labs and hospitals, ensuring proper use of Boston Scientific technologies before, during, and after procedures.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for therapy adoption, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and product preparation across assigned accounts.
• Maintain consistent presence in key accounts to promote confidence, safe utilization, and clinical excellence.
• Educate physicians, fellows, nurses, and staff through presentations, in-services, therapy overviews, product demonstrations, and hands-on training.
• Engage key clinical stakeholders and referral networks to expand therapy awareness and identify opportunities for integration.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, administrators, and clinical teams to support therapy growth and account development.
• Meet with existing and prospective clients to understand needs, demonstrate product value, and support onboarding and training.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance service satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and the Sales Manager to align field efforts and execute strategies supporting regional goals.
• Analyze account performance, procedure volumes, and therapy trends to develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, trial requirements, and regulatory standards during case support and educational interactions.
• Provide on-call support when needed for case coverage or urgent clinical needs.
• Travel regularly to support customers, deliver clinical expertise, and drive strategic territory growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting or performing interventional cardiology procedures—preferably with exposure to PCI, complex PCI, plaque modification and other cath lab therapies.
• Strong clinical and technical acumen with the ability to support a wide range of procedural scenarios and provide expert guidance during cases.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of delivering effective presentations and clinical education.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable team player who excels in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• General understanding of hospital operations, purchasing processes, and cross-functional business dynamics is a plus.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and complete a comprehensive technical training program.
