The Customer Lifecycle Analyst is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the areas of Customer Master Data accuracy, compliance, and process management.  The position will collaborate with cross-functional business partners on the integration and maintenance of customer lifecycle data.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the GLOBE SAP Customer Master Setup Workflow process

 

  • Manage the customer setup process by working with business users / owners on the completion of the workflow process for using the Customer Setup Form and by performing validity checks to confirm accuracy

 

  • Collaborate with data owners across multiple functional teams to ensure timeliness and to also provide expertise regarding definitions

 

  • Ensure proper integration of GLOBE data standards to meet requirements supporting business processes

 

  • Analyze and resolve cross-functional data issues across SAP modules and between SAP and other applications

 

  • Support GLOBE program management and administration of all required analysis, testing phases and cycles

 

  • Provide insight on key decisions regarding data standards within SAP

 

Requirement and Education

 

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Basic understanding of the O2C flow and key business functions outside of the O2C stream
  • Customer Master Data, Finance and Sales knowledge is a plus.

 

Skills

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data
  • Well-organized, methodical thinker with excellent decision-making skills
  • Strong and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Proficiency in SAP, BW and Business Objects preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • APICS certification or Association for Supply Chain Management (or progress toward certification) beneficial
