The Systems Engineering Program is a graduate degree program having strong ties with corporate and governmental entities. Cornell’s Systems Engineering program confers PhD, Master of Science and Master of Engineering which is uniquely available both as a traditional on-campus program and via distance learning to full-time employees who are in countries around the world. Graduate students in Systems pursue methodologies and modeling techniques in engineering, business, and the social sciences that are relevant for planning and executing trans-disciplinary solutions to solve a variety of societal design and operational issues in today’s complex world.

The Systems Engineering Program has been successful in fortifying its financial resilience, empowering the program to fulfill strategic objectives, growth trajectories, and future endeavors. In light of these achievements and the recent launch of innovative initiatives, such as the corporate continuing education Professional Distance Learning Certificate Program created for non-matriculated, full-time employed students, the Systems Engineering Program continues to demonstrate its commitment to excellence and adaptability, positioning itself for continued success and impact in the ever-evolving landscape of engineering education.

The incumbent for this unique role will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality audio/visual content to facilitate engaging and effective remote learning experiences for the System Engineering MEng Distance Learning program. Under the general guidance of the Director of Administration, the Distance Learning AV/ Classroom Technician Assistant will ensure the continuous production of high-quality distance learning course recordings and student recruiting materials that will continue to enhance the Systems Engineering Program’s ongoing recruitment success. This position will also serve as back-up to providing and maintaining Audio/Visual distance learning and classroom technologies services for the Systems Engineering Program.
