This position is part of the Stem Cell and Xenograft Core, a comprehensive resource facility that provides the research community with samples from patients with hematologic malignancies and healthy donors.  This position has a dual purpose: (1) facilitate the collection of samples from patients with hematologic malignancies and healthy donors; (2) enter patients’ clinical information in a database. This position will bridge the clinic and the laboratory with a scope of responsibilities ranging from identifying and consenting patients for sample collection, communicating with clinical staff to coordinate sample retrieval, enter and update clinical information in our database, maintain an accurate inventory of our tissue bank and communicate effectively with other Core staff to facilitate sample collection and processing.
