We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.
We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Key responsibilities:
- Shape the Annual Operating Plan: Develop an actionable annual operating plan with clear initiatives and KPI targets, aligned with the long-term strategy and yearly budget.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate closely with Regional and Central Operations teams to monitor progress and track improvement initiatives.
- Enhance Operational Insights: Partner with functional leaders and IT/data analytics teams to define essential operational KPIs, ensuring their integration into global dashboards and reporting systems.
- Anticipate Risks: Monitor key performance indicators and leading metrics to identify potential performance deviations, initiating detailed analyses and discussions as needed.
- Deliver Strategic Reporting: Prepare and present global operational performance reports, including actionable recommendations for improvement, to the Board and Advisory Committee.
- Facilitate Performance Reviews: Organize and lead Operations Performance Reviews with regional teams to analyse root causes, identify risks, and agree on countermeasures if initiatives or financial targets are off track.
We expect:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in project management, performance management, operational planning, consulting, or a similar area.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of driving operational performance improvements and successfully implementing process optimization initiatives.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Exceptional business acumen with the ability to analyse KPIs, uncover actionable insights, and understand complex interdependencies across various topics.
- Effective Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of motivating and challenging regional teams to achieve excellence.
- Language skills: Fluent in Englisch, German and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
