Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience in clerical or office work. Experience in receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit or other processing of cash items, which includes direct handling of cash and use of cash accountability control methods is preferred. Must have the ability to perform common arithmetic problems and making change when receiving payments from customers. Progressively demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. Must be able to read, write and speak English; communicated both orally and in writing; and possess skills dealing with the public.
