Sports Marketing Operations Coordinator

PURPOSE
To handle product planning and forecasting, key product distribution, inventory management, and partner card management for NBA and WNBA on behalf of the Sports Marketing Operations department. This position requires a combination of strong communication, organizational, process, accountability, detailed execution, solotion oriented thinking, and time management skills.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Quarterly Product Forecasting for Footwear/Apparel for On Court and Off Court
• Hype Product Forecasting and Direct Athlete Distribution when needed
• AST Planning/Buying and Communication to Internal Team
• SM (Promo Only) Planning/Buys in collaboration with Athlete Managers/Grassroots/NCAA
• Provide Detailed Updates on PO Deliveries and Submit Air Freight Requests when applicable
• Own Key Product Distributions (Olympics, World Cup, All Star)
• Partner Card Management (Initial Set Up, Reloading of Funds, Issue Resolution)
• Inventory Management
• Participate in team meetings to remain up to speed on projects of high priority

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while working under tight deadlines (provide service at the highest level).

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred; or one year related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
