Job Description
Your Career
You will have the opportunity to build a career solving network security challenges leveraging advanced machine learning techniques on exabytes of data. You will help create and deliver the most advanced AI and Machine Learning enabled AIOps solutions to discover threats, provide intelligence, and protect devices.
Your Impact
- Design and implement key modules on our next-generation Deep learning-based AIOps security platform as part of Cloud management
- Develop architectures that are inherently secure, robust, scalable, modular, API-centric
- Participate in the organizational objective of end-to-end services health and customer experience

Qualifications
Your Experience
- Experience developing features - design, algorithms and data structures
- Experience with large-scale cluster management systems like Kubernetes and Mesos is desirable, micro services, public cloud providers
- Expertise with one or more of the following is a must - Java (required), Python, Cloud services, Data platforms
- Previous experience building and running high-scale geographically distributed always-on systems
- Demonstrated ownership of solutions for scalable Observability/Visibility, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, Domain Controllers and Automated security solutions covering several dozen micro services running on thousands of instances and containers.
- A good mix of Unix toolchain and development experience in a combination of native, managed, and scripting programming languages
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military experience required
Collaborative Team Skills
- Able to weigh several, often conflicting constraints, and make quick decisions in a dynamic and quickly-growing company
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Drawing on the near real-time data collected through PAN-OS device telemetry, our industry-leading next-generation insights product (AIOps for NGFW) gives large cybersecurity operators a force multiplier that provides visibility into the health of their next-generation-firewall (NGFW) devices. It enables early detection of issues at various levels of the stack via advanced time-series forecasting and anomaly detection using novel deep-learning techniques. Our goal is to be able to prevent service-impacting issues in critical security infrastructure that operates 24/7/365 with zero false positives and zero false negatives.
