What you bring:

• 2+ years leading people in high-volume retail/service/hospitality
• Young adult fashion sense and social media fluency
• Coaching mindset (background in competitive activities is a HUGE plus)
• Optimistic, resilient, moves fast, recovers faster
• Zero tolerance for drama
