Description & Requirements

Infor is looking for an enthusiastic Manager to join our Inside Sales team.  You will be managing a team of sales professionals with a focus on manufacturing and distribution.  You will be helping the team to manage a set of customer accounts to sell additional licenses and solutions to further develop Infor’s footprint within our existing customer base. 

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

• Manage the inside sales team focusing on mid-market and up-market territory.
• Build credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts, in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
• Utilize Infor tools to accurately maintain forecast, pipeline, and territory status.
• Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B software sales.
• Experience leading and coaching a team of inside/digital sales managers.
• Experience presenting to senior level colleagues.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing a remote team and ensuring daily cadence to achieve targets.
• Experience in the SaaS/software industry.
• Experience with territory analysis and identifying target markets.
