Job Description:
The Global Wellness Coordinator plays a key role in supporting HPE’s Global Wellness strategy, delivering programs, campaigns, and communications that enhance the wellbeing of team members worldwide. This role partners closely with Global Benefits, HR, Communications, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure wellness initiatives are impactful, scalable, and aligned with HPE’s holistic wellbeing framework.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across regions and time zones, and passionate about improving employee experience through data-driven, well-communicated wellness solutions.
This is a hybrid position, preferably based in our Houston, TX or San Jose, CA office.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Wellness Program Execution
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global wellness initiatives across mental, physical, financial, and community wellbeing pillars.
- Assist with annual and quarterly global wellness campaigns, including program logistics, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks related to global wellness programs, ensuring smooth execution and follow-through.
Vendor & Program Support
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support global wellness vendors (e.g., EAP, digital wellbeing platforms, campaign partners).
- Assist with vendor communications, content reviews, reporting coordination, and issue escalation as needed.
- Help track program deliverables, usage metrics, and performance against goals.
Communications & Engagement
- Coordinate global wellness communications in partnership with HR Communications and vendors, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Support updates to the Global Wellness Page and other internal channels (email, intranet, Viva Engage, etc.).
- Help create toolkits, guides, and materials to support employee and people leader awareness and engagement.
Wellness Ambassador & Stakeholder Support
- Support the global Wellness Ambassador network by coordinating meetings, materials, and ongoing communications.
- Act as a point of contact for wellness-related inquiries routed through the global wellness inbox or shared channels.
- Partner with regional HR teams to help localize global initiatives where appropriate.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Assist with collecting and analyzing participation data, engagement metrics, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Help prepare summaries, dashboards, and insights to inform program enhancements and leadership updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working within Global Wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Health Promotion, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years experience supporting HR programs, benefits, wellness, or employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a global, matrixed environment across regions and time zones.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global or regional wellness, benefits, or employee experience programs.
- Familiarity with wellness vendors, EAPs, or digital wellbeing platforms.
- Experience coordinating communications or campaigns for a large, distributed workforce.
- Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
