The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a DOT Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing leadership, training, and mentorship to DOT CSRs to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to DOT Standardization Program standards.
- Managing escalated calls, researching and resolving customer issues, and supporting problem resolution in accordance with SOPs, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitoring daily reports, tracking error trends, coaching staff, and ensuring worklist completion for unbilled accounts.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Serving as the primary resource for the region, offering backup support to supervisors and leading special projects.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution AND Two (2) years of healthcare customer service experience with familiarity in medical terminology.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- One (1) year of experience in Discontinuation of Therapy (DOT) processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience in a post-acute care setting (Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Wound Care, or similar)
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and maintain confidentiality
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience (external candidates only)
Work location: Hybrid–San Antonio, Texas
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $54,530 - $66,647, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
