We are currently seeking a Customer Service Business Expert to join our US & Canada CSD team and the position is based in Denton. 

Tetra Pak may sponsor work visas or relocation for this position, depending on the case.

What you will do

As a Customer Service Business Expert, you will be a key player in driving quality and efficiency in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Ensuring that OFPM processes and tools are running as per our global standards. 
• Executing the order management process and securing the supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment: Order management, design, administration, invoicing, claim administration, and logistics. 
• Collaborating with internal functions such as planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, and technical service. 
• Driving the operational execution of New Product Development (NPD). 
• Improvement (WCM) activities from the customer perspective. 
• Focusing on key performance indicators (customer dashboard).

We believe you have

• Bachelor's degree in business marketing, administration/management, project management, engineering or other related degrees.
• 5-7 years' experience in leading people.
• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
