Summary of Job Duties:

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM) seeks an experienced and competent leader to serve as the Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources will provide sound leadership and innovation to the HR department, improving the department’s processes and procedures, and systems via enhanced technology use and greater utilization of the office’s human capital. The Director serves as a member of Chancellor’s Council (senior leadership) and reports directly to the Chancellor.
