Final Inspection Quality Technician (Havre de Grace)

We are looking for:

A Quality Technician - Final Inspection to provide final inspection of all materals and participate in the internal auditing process.

 

We can count on you for: 

• Support document control system  for users to have latest version of documents

• Collect pertinent documents required for product certification

• Review certification requirements and collect/develop documents are required

• File certification hard copies and electronic copies

• Submit customer required information at time of shipment

• Perform DSQR (Delegated Source Quality Representative) for selected customers for shipment.

• Participate as an Auditor  in the Internal Audit program.

• Perform Quality activities as a roving inspection for the production floor.  

• Perform related duties as defined to support product certification, document and record control

• Actively support process, safety and quality improvement initiatives

• Develop and maintain filing system and computer database for quality and related documents and records

You will bring: 

• 3-5 years experience in quality work related to manufacturing

•  Experience with document control and process audit activities preferred

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred

• Self driven and performs daily activities without supervision.

• Good written and verbal  communication skills

• Certified Quality Technician/Engineer preferred

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $55k - 65k annually. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
