You will be providing the vision and strategy for key areas of the Vonage API Platform and working cross functionally to achieve your vision. </p> <p>IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU, CONTINUE READING BELOW...</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <ul> <li>Formulate the strategy, concepts, product requirements and use cases for onboarding new Products onto the Vonage API Platform across the business including Pricing &amp; Billing, data governance, privacy and analytics</li> <li>Manage the Roadmap of services &amp; technology necessary to support the expansion of the Vonage API Portfolio with particular focus on the BSS &amp; Data domains</li> <li>Work with other PMs across the Vonage API group to drive the successful GTM and Platform onboarding of new API products</li> <li>Work with other Product Managers, BI, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance &amp; Legal to define their data, rating &amp; billing dependencies through analytics, CDRs/UDRs and data aggregates</li> <li>Plan and deliver on the overall Data &amp; BSS Platform scalability &amp;  transformation with the rest of the API Platform teams</li> <li>Work with Engineering to oversee the delivery of new features and products</li> <li>Integrate user and customer feedback and performance metrics continuously into plans</li> <li>Understand the competitive landscape and how platform capabilities can enable Vonage to differentiate from its competition</li> </ul> <h2>What you'll bring</h2> <ul> <li>Experience building API products or using APIs as a developer</li> <li>Be able to manage the strategic Product roadmap balancing customers needs with internal Data &amp; BSS demands</li> <li>Knowledge of enterprise SaaS such as CRM, Analytics, Billing &amp; Rating systems</li> <li>Knowledge of key data technologies including: Kibana, Kafka, Elasticsearch, GDS, AWS S3</li> <li>Excellent at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to communicate with simplicity, precision, and empathy</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies &amp; tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)</li> <li>Experience using Jira, Confluence and project management tools</li> <li>Previous software development experience</li> </ul> <h2>What's in it for you</h2> <p>In addition to providing exciting work, career advancement opportunities, and a collaborative work environment, Vonage provides competitive pay and benefits including unlimited discretionary time off and tuition reimbursement.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Note: The purpose of this profile is to provide a general summary of essential responsibilities for the position and is not meant as an exhaustive list.
