As a Customer Care Coordinator at Tilson Homes, you'll work alongside our Customer Care Technicians and Representatives to bring our clients home up to standard. Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the warranty coverage period.

Requirements

• Provide support to Customer Care Representatives and technicians as assigned.
• Effectively communicate information to field and office personnel, providing information from homeowner files.
• Track pending construction CSRs for Builders.
• Update notes in computerized database system and communicate with the assigned Representative.
• Responsible for ordering parts and materials.
• Requesting purchase orders for Technicians.
• Track part/material orders.
• Review and approve material POs/invoices.
• Order and maintain Technician’s van inventory and supplies.
• Communicate and assist with coordinating service with other trades/vendors as needed.
• Verify with the homeowner that work is completed to their satisfaction and obtain their signature on the Customer Service Request (CSR).

Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual passionate about the homebuilding industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with experience in the homebuilding industry preferred. You should have at least 1-2 years of administrative experience and at least 2-3 years of customer service experience and at least 1-2 years experience in handyman/repair work is required.
