Program Management Office staff support day to day operations consisting of a variety of tasks, including general office administration, to ensure efficient and consistent operations of the business. This position will utilize operations and program management skills, and work directly and indirectly with multiple levels of leadership across a variety of functions within the sub-mission area. PMO staff collaborates with all functions in the program including, but not limited to, finance, contracts, supply chain, engineering, and business development. This gives the selected candidate a unique opportunity to experience a variety of business and operational responsibilities while supporting program staff in a dynamic work environment.

What You Will Do:

• Support PMO staff, perform designated assignments in support of program execution, support and participate in program meetings, assist with meeting preparation (schedule and present through Zoom or Microsoft Teams, generate and circulate meeting materials)
• Consolidate and organize program data (such as MS Excel spreadsheets, MS PowerPoint presentations, other) from various reporting systems for presentation to stakeholders
• Participate in Proposal kickoffs / package / material creation
• Work with cross functional teams to develop program documents and create/update procedural and contractual documents, assist with recordkeeping and archiving, and process improvement efforts

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
