We currently have an opening for a Afternoon Molding Supervisor position. This position will be based in our new Sterling Heights, MI plant and will report to the Molding Manager. Preferred qualifications for this role include 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience and with a strong background working in injection molding. Automotive interior product familiarity would be considered an asset. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and communication skills. The individual must be able to work overtime when required.
This position will be required to provide leadership on the production floor to ensure a high level of safety, productivity, and morale. This position is a key player in helping to affect necessary changes/improvements on an on-going basis. The Supervisor will be responsible for: complying with Health and safety rules, Quality of our products, Productivity Improvements, and the Training and Evaluating of team member performance.
Afternoon Shift-1:00pm-10:00pm (Monday-Friday)
