Your role:

Aligning with the overall digital transformation goals of EMD Digital, develop and execute the business strategy for Athinia; drive the strategic vision, growth, and profitability of the Athinia business through leveraging digital capabilities to enhance customer experiences and drive operational efficiency.

 

Who You Are: 

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in semiconductor industry, ideally in device manufacturing and supplier side
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, customer-centric business models, and agile methodologies
• Broad background in leading technical, marking, and communications teams

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• MBA or advanced degree

• Experience and success in driving business development with potential of new business arrangements such as external investments and government collaboration
• Experience in working with higher level procurement and R&D leaders
• Experience in working with external business leaders in semiconductor value chain customers and external venture capital investors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization and with external partners
• Strong ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans and deliver measurable positive results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to distill complex scientific concepts into clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences
• Experience in managing P&L
