With a long-standing tradition, and a growing international presence, we are seeking dedicated individuals to help us achieve our long-term vision.</p><p> <br/></p><h3>Can you say ‘yes’?</h3><ul> <li>Is respectful and appreciative interaction within the team a given for you?</li> <li>Do you always put the customer at the center of your actions?</li> <li>Do you consider the future and upcoming generations in your actions?</li> <li>Do you strive for personal and professional growth?</li> </ul><p></p><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul> <li>In this role, you will develop software procurement strategies aligned with company goals and market trends, while staying informed on licensing models, data privacy laws, and legal developments</li> <li>You will take the lead in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing global procurement contracts for software, including license agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and maintenance contracts</li> <li>Working closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and other departments to ensure that contracts meet business objectives, adhere to compliance standards, and address risk management requirements</li> <li>Furthermore, you will oversee contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions and address any disputes or issues that arise</li> <li>The role also involves providing training and guidance to procurement teams on best practices in contract management and strategies for software acquisition</li> </ul><p><br/></p><h3>Who you are</h3><ul> <li>You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Law, IT, or a related field, with advanced legal studies such as a Doctor (JD) or a Master of Laws (LLM) in contract, commercial, or technology law being highly preferred</li> <li>Proven experience in contract management, software sales, or procurement are required, with a strong focus on software licensing and global contracts</li> <li>A deep understanding of software procurement processes, licensing models and IT industry standards is essential, along with proven negotiation skills and expertise in legal analysis and risk management</li> <li>Proficiency in contract management software, the MS Office suite, and ERP systems is expected, while additional language skills, particularly in German law and other jurisdictions, are advantageous</li> <li>Membership in a recognized legal or procurement organization and fluency in English are preferred, along with the ability to apply legal frameworks to procurement strategies and manage global contracts</li> </ul><p><br/></p><h3>What we offer you</h3><p>We all shape our lives individually.
