Job summary:
The Senior Manager is responsible for driving a best-in-class quality dining experience across several outlets while creating an environment for growing leaders to flourish and develop.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Serve as a leader and representative of Keystone Resort.
- Be an active participant on an innovative team.
- Responsible for financial performance of daily operations including cost of sales & labor, budget development, and analysis of financial information.
- Driving success of the overall Keystone Mountain Dining mission and taking part in projects which move innovation forward.
- Empower, develop, appraise, and create the best atmosphere for employees to be and do their best, especially leadership development of general managers.
- Accurately conduct and review daily reports and audits.
- Accurately schedule and review staff to budgeted labor.
- Oversee for payroll exceptions, approvals, and labor distribution reports across a number of outlets.
- In conjunction with restaurant leadership team, investigate and resolve guest complaints.
- Know and enforce local, state, and federal regulations for the sale and distribution of alcohol.
- Operate business to established Mountain Dining standards.
- Actively pursues GX (market research) targets and responds to trends.
