CompanyCam is growing fast. We’re seeking an experienced and strategic leader to step into the role of Senior VP of People. As the SVP of People, you will play a key role in shaping our organizational capabilities, nurturing our culture, and ensuring the development and retention of top-level talent.

The Role

You will have the unique opportunity to think comprehensively about our people and processes, crafting and executing a strategic vision that seamlessly aligns with our business objectives. This role transcends traditional HR; it's about shaping the future of CompanyCam by fostering a positive work environment, driving engagement, and optimizing organizational efficiency.

As a senior leader at CompanyCam, your key responsibilities will include:

Strategy and Leadership

  • Develop and implement People strategies aligned with CompanyCam’s business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the People team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Lead the development of CompanyCam’s compensation philosophy and total rewards strategy.
  • Ensure efficient administration of compensation and benefits programs.

Performance Management

  • Oversee a robust performance management process to drive employee productivity and engagement.
  • Guide performance metrics to measure and improve individual and team performance.

Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with CompanyCam’s long-term goals.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure HR practices comply with laws and regulations.
  • Proactively address HR-related risks and compliance issues.

Employee Engagement and Culture

  • Oversee initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Leadership Development

  • Design and execute leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of skilled leaders.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Track the People Team scorecard and leverage a continuous improvement mindset.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to manage the People team budget.
  • Leverage technology, data, and analytics to inform People strategies.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have extensive and progressive experience in Human Resources, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing People teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
